Hello, I have set everything up online to buy a phone. In the basket I put a 15 pro max phone and a charger head. O2 took the upfront money and the upfront cost from my bank account and the screen just went blank without any confirmation. Later I have went back on my O2 account and it said that within 24 hours I will get an email. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t got any emails, even though it took the money from my card.
