my alarm has started goin off every morning at 7.05 and i havent set it and i cant find the alarm on the phone where alarms should be

What phone do you have?
You may find it associated with the clock and time settings.

It's most likely set as a repeat alarm.

Go into the clock/alarm settings and turn it off.

As jonsie said, knowing your phone model would help.

Open either the clock or alarm app and untick the alarm setting that is ticked.
