If you are monthly contract you can view it via My O2. If payandgo you can only check through your phone logs or by filling in the Subject Access form at a cost of £10 (outgoing calls only).

but you cant get a breakdown of all the calls you made inclding 09 07 80 etc cal ie the ones you pay for? you just get an open amount of cost for calls you made. i was within my limit of 500 calls but m being charged for all these others. they wont blok them either.

Are you talking about P&G or monthly calls? I'm not understanding the 500 calls. Is that minutes?

- View your latest bill in My O2
- Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
- That will bring up the old style web page
- Then simply use the drop down box for older bills. You can go back 18 months.
- Use 'recent charges' from the left hand menu to view call history or texts after the last bill was produced.
