If you are happy with blackberry 7, have a look at the 9720, available discounted at carphone warehouse. Blackberry 10 is much quicker and intuitive. The Z10 has the best virtual keyboard on the market, the Q10 the best actual one.

I'd take a look at the Z10 which is the newer BB and doesn't need a BB bolt on like your curve does, so you could go for a cheaper monthly top up.
If you like the old style BB's the Bold is a good one to go for.

I've always thought the Bold is a better built phone and a bit more reliable than the curve models are.
The Z10 is BB's first move away from the traditional design in an attempt to appeal to a wider audience. It's a new model so will always be more expensive at first but you can get a refurbed Z10 in the O2 shop for a reasonable price.

Yeah refurbs are phones that have previously been sold and returned for various reasons, but they get checked out and have a 3 month warranty on them.

I've had a Bold 9700 for about 4 years and never had any bother with it at all.
The Curve is just a Bold but cheaper.
The Torch has the slide up screen which exposes the keyboard but does suffer from damage to the screen cable.

If suggest you pay a visit to the high street stores to have a play with the demo models to get a feel for the handsets your interested in.
