Hi @Anonymous I assume you have the berries showing next to the network indicator and if mobile that it is not lower case.
- On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, navigate and click on the Setup
- In the Setup homescreen, navigate and click on the Email Accounts
- In the Email Accounts selection screen, select Internet Mail Account.
- If prompted, type the username and password, and then click Log In .
- On the main screen, click Menubutton and select Service Books, then click on Send Service Books to send Service Books to BlackBerry smartphone.

Apologies, @Anonymous I completely forgot to reply to this yesterday! However @aldaweb has given you the correct information on how to resend service books as I fully expected!
How did you get on?
The only other things I would reccomend which might help would be to reregister the Host Routing Tables and then do a battery pull.
To re-register the HRT, do the following:
- On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options, or click Settings > Options.
- Complete the step associated with the appropriate version of BlackBerry Device Software:
For BlackBerry Device Software 6.0 to 7.1, perform the following steps:
Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table
For BlackBerry Device Software 4.1 to 5.0, perform the following steps:
Advanced Options > Host Routing Table
For BlackBerry Device Software 3.7.1 to 4.0.2:
Host Routing Table
BlackBerry Device Software 3.0 to 3.7:
Network
BlackBerry Device Software 2.0 to 2.7:
Network Settings - Press the Menu key and click Register Now.
A BlackBerry Registration message should appear in the Messages folder when the device registers.
Please let us know if anything we have suggested fixed your problem.
