im on contract and i normally get bbm, i paid my bill yesterday and i still havent got it as it comes up with a red x can anyone help me ??

I am assuming you paid your bill late hence why bbm not working.

It may take up to 48 hours to restart.

To avoid such issues we recommend you pay by direct debit. It saves the hassle and drama.

If it is not back on by Monday I would call CS on 202 to check the status of your account.

It would also be worth turning your handset off. Taking the sim out. Putting it back in and turning your phone back on to refresh your network settings.

ive tried taking battery out and sim and putting back in but nothing, my bill was late but ive done it a few times before and it works as soon as ive paid it

Yes all good advice as has been said it might take a while for all services to resume

try the battery again and it has done the same :s its never done this before

Would still recommend you pay by dd in future as

1. Saves the hassle
2. Your contract terms and conditions state you should pay by dd
3. Removes the possibility of o2 adding late payments to your credit rating
