O2 sent me the unlock code for my huawei E5573Bs-322 but it’s wrong and it has not worked. Struggling to get in touch with o2 to explain this they keep saying they have already given me the code... HELPPPPP

@Teddymt How old is the phone? Are you sure it's locked? O2 haven't sold locked phones since 2018.

Sorry it’s a 4g wifi dongle. I got it end of 2018 and I know it’s locked because only o2 sims work

@Teddymt Sorry. My bad. Didn't realise it was a dongle. I've found this: https://routerunlock.com/unlock-huawei-e5573bs-322-router/

You'll probably also have to speak to customer service.

I wasn't aware these pocket wifi hotspots were locked.

You need to keep on to customer service to get the correct code @Teddymt

The thing is you can’t speak to customer service and the form I keep filling out online they just send the same reply back to me. I can’t have a conversation with anyone and it’s driving me mad.

They sent me a code but it doesn’t work. I did what your link said as this is what they sent me with the code but again it just says unlock failed
