My WiFi Calling has stopped working over my Starlink internet connection at home for several days and I have no land line so getting pretty desperate. It worked reliably for a long time but has recently become intermittent and now wont register on any of our O2 mobile devices.
The Starlink connection itself is fine all other internet and Wi-Fi services work normally. The issue affects all our O2 phones simultaneously, showing No Service until we leave WiFi range.
I have already
Rebooted the router and phones
Toggled W-Fi Calling and Airplane Mode
Reset network settings
Tested different DNS servers
The problem appears to be a routing or IMS registration issue between Starlinks public IP ranges and O2s Wi-Fi Calling servers
How do I escalate this an O2 Wi-Fi Calling team to refresh our IMS profiles and check Starlink IP routing
Thanks

It could be IP that Starlink are providing, as it needs to be a UK IP and a UK ASN for it to work with WiFi Calling. And sometimes it gives the wrong IP
If it is then I would reach out to Starlink support and see if they are not blocking it.
Also might be worth noting that Starlink uses CGNAT, and this can cause problems with WiFi Calling as they give the same gateway IP to multiple customers.
WhatsApp is not IP / ASN restricted.,..

This problem has been all over the Starlink groups for weeks now, certainly appears to be IP address related, EE seems to suffer the most, paying Starlink for a fixed IP address solves the issue.
