It will be a charge for something outside your normal allowance i.e. an 08/09 number or international call, you could have just run out of mins!!, log online and lookat the beill, you can expand that part toshow the itemised bill. You will then see the charge. And Visual Voicemail it is a data charging service for iphones only, normal voicemail comes out of your standard monthly minutes.............hope this helps
