How can I block people from texting or phoning my blackberry ?

You would need to get the police involved, if is this is a real problem, O2 will allow you one free number change:

Not sure what Blackberry you have but if andriod based then look at AVG app as it includes a very good phone call and sms blocker plus it is free of charge.
