Simplicity pay monthly sim contract

Hi Ive put my pay monthly sim into my new phone but I haven't got any network? My existing contract phone still gets network which is up in may 23rd. How can I get network as I was told it would be ready? Many thanks Harry

So are you swapping to simplicty on the 23rd? it may not happen until the old contract finishes.

Or is it your new phone takes a smaller sim ?
