Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing issues accessing Santander Online banking on Windows Phone?

When I try to access this by visiting santander.co.uk, I click Log on and it says "We're having trouble displaying this page". This happens on a Lumia 1520 and 635 on several different WiFi connections as well as on 3G/4G. It works fine when I try on an iPhone or Android.

I've tried clearing the cache on both Windows Phones and have tried four browsers.

Anyone any ideas?!

A Lumia 1020, a Lumia 520 and a Lumia 635. No issues on any of these, I've logged in using an O2 SIM on all three.

 

Also no issues logging in on a Galaxy S5. All is well with Santander. It must be an issue with the OP's phone or data settings.

If the Santander website is the only website that you are having trouble accessing and you are access other websites on your phone and you can access the Santander site on other devices then I am afraid I am stumped as to what your problem is.
