Ring Tones

Hi all,

Just renewed my O2 tarriff and went for a Nokia Lumia 720. I'm having problems with the text message ringtones, I'm not actually hearing the tone I selected. Any suggestions?

Have you got the ringing volume set to maximum, it may also be the quality of the recording if you downloaded it., you could try a factory reset or try turning all volumes up to maximum

I'm referring to the pre-made ring tones on the phone. For example, I select 'Alert 7' but when I get a text message it isn't 'Alert 7' At all???

Is it the same as another pre set ringtone? Have you tried a reset as that may sort the problem
