Phone not allowed MM#6

Hello,

I have some difficulties with my BlackBerry Z10. It says Phone not allowed. MM#6 SOS

When I switch off the phone is shows the O2 Logo, however when I insert the O2 sim card in the phone, it doesnt want to work, it says emergensy service only.

What can be the problem?

If it's just connecting to the internet its most definitely barred! Really is unfortunate you say you cannot return it, as it'll not be unbarred ever as far as I know... Showing a receipt is less than useless as it's still been sold to you stolen!

Well...we didn't know it was an auction till half way through the thread. Initially the OP said they bought it from a shop...

I know you can get good deals with non traditional purchases, but I like the good old fashioned it's new, I know where it's come from reassurance - as this, and many other examples like this, show that not everyone gets a bargain, some get a nightmare.
