Hello,
I have some difficulties with my BlackBerry Z10. It says Phone not allowed. MM#6 SOS
When I switch off the phone is shows the O2 Logo, however when I insert the O2 sim card in the phone, it doesnt want to work, it says emergensy service only.
What can be the problem?
Thank you in advance

Yes I read all those links as well @Anonymous
The thing is the phone is not working and it looks increasingly suspicious. You say you bought it from an auction site then you must have some evidence of the seller as obviously you have paid them. I can only advise you contact them and ask for a refund. In all honesty the police will not be that interested..

I have a receipt from them with the name and IMEI of the phone, and the name of the Auction.
I have found something http://freemyblackberry.com/questions.php question 9
Tomorrow I will have to call all operators to check which one have put my IMEI on black list as in that example:

It's hardly working fine @Anonymous. You can't make or receive calls. So not a phone at all really...

Fingers burnt with this I'm afraid. Hope you didn't pay too much because as far as I'm aware anything bought from an auction cannot be returned. Completely different from buying from a shop.

If you call o2 cs they will check the IMEI and confirm it to you.
