I broke my phone and the SIM CARD still works.
Is there a way you can just buy a phone, no SIM?

Basically the procedure moves your number and tariff from your original sim to another sized one.
Either the o2 shop will do it or you can at home via http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
Only do this when you have the new sized blank sim card.
You only need to do this if you buy a phone that takes a different sized sim card.

Sure can.
Ones on payg locked to 02 from the O2 shop or from CPW.
Or second hand ones from the high-street store CEX for example.
You would need to choose one that takes your sim card size or can have your number and tariff moved to another sized one via the swapmysim procedure.
