Hi everyone, I used to have PAYG but transferred to a contract keeping my old number. I still get texts saying I've earned rewards and can SAVE or CLAIM them by texting 50202 or calling 313. I tried call 313 but it said I had dialled an invalid number. Does some computer somewhere still think I am on PAYG? Anyone else have this when they switched from a PAYG?

Any credit on your P&G  sim you keep and it's tranferred to your monthly account but as advised, unfortunately you lose all rewards. The system doesn't think you are still on P&G, rather that it knows you are now pay monthly.

You lose your rewards unfortunately so this is just the system not catching up with itself.
