Hi O2 community,
I received an unlock code for Samsung S9 plus from O2 to unlock the device. However, I now need an unfreeze (MCK) code for a Samsung, probably because previously a wrong code was entered more than what is allowed and now it is "permanently locked".
Please could experts in the community space help with this request? There are private websites offering to provide the MCK code for a sum, but I hope that I do not have to go down that path.
