hello I placed an order for AirPods on the 18th

I received an email saying they have been dispatched

and they arrived today, however I only received an envelope containing a leaflet with how to get Apple Music?
I have no actually received my product of the AirPods

could you please let me know how to find more information on this and when they will be arriving please
