Not applicable

Hi my o2 dongle is showing unread messages but when i try and log on nothing is working for username and password. I have tried the ones i usually use and have also tried admin for both but nothing is working.

Is there a way i can reset the username and password?

The dongle is Huawei E8372H

Thanks,

Paul

There is a reset procedure in the manual - Try it and let us know if it works https://images.wirelessdealer.ca/images/phones/userguide3967.pdf

Unless you have changed it the default is administered for both.
You can change it in
System, device settings, modify password but obviously you need to remember what you changed it to first.

Hi thanks for the reply.

I don't remember ever changing it and if I did it is not one of the usual combinations I use. I tried the default and that doesn't work so I am stuck as to what to do.

Is there no way of going through some kind of security check to confirm my identity then have it reset back to default?

There must be a reset procedure somewhere.
I'll have a look.
