Help!! I have changed from o2 PAYG to pay monthly and swapped the number over. So I am now using the o2 SIM card for the pay monthly and want to keep my old number, I don’t need the new one at all.

However.... if people text me on my old number ( that I did want to keep- great) but when I reply the phone sends it from the new pay monthly number.
How do I just use my old number on the new contract???

Settings >Phone >My Number.

Change it to the number you want to use.

Save and reboot the phone.
