I have posted this on an old thread, but figured I should start a fresh one because my problem is slightly different.
I have a Nokia Lumia 800 that simply refuses to receive MMS. I have no, and never have had, any problems with Internet or e-mail.
When I got the phone I had an old Sim and was upgraded to a MircroSim so the sim card is brand new.
When I get an MMS it comes up with a link to 'Get Media Content Now', the phone pings, that message goes to the bottom of the thread, but no picture appears.
I have contacted customer services, I received settings, they sent me manual settings, which I inputed, I restarted the phone, have my data set to on, but still nothing. I have tried everything and I am starting to get really fed up with this. I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem and found a solution.

I'm having the same problem, been in touch with O2 shop and Customer services and the online chat, text active to 2020 and still no luck, I've rolled back updates via Zune and reset the phone and nothing, now O2 really don't seem interested, I'm due to renew contract soon and i think a change of supplier is the answer, maybe EE as there service seems to outdo everyone, let me now if you have any luck with MMS, I've given up!!!!

Have you tried installing and running the Network Setup app? Try that, choose O2 and that should install the settings you require.

then its gotta be a hardware fault, take it back to the place you bought it from if its within warranty , or to nokia care point, also before doing that i would get a simcard from a friend and test it on a different simcard
