Nokia Lumia 520 charging issue

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi!

This summer I got the Nokia Lumia 520. So far it has been working well but today I encountered a weird problem.

I had not noticed how drained the batter was so the phone switched off. When I came hope and put it to charge it just stayed there. It has been two hours now, I tried with both the charger and via PC, whenever I try to switch it on, all I get is the charging icon indicating that the batter does not have enough energy.

Any ideas? Should I just pop at one of your shops?

I've heard this before with Nokia's.
Sometimes just leaving it on charge does the trick, if not it will have to go in for repair.

I would approach a Nokia repair centre as your first port of call for any diagnostic or repair.

They will have a better handle on their hardware and software.

You can find where your most local Nokia care point is by going into their homepage.
