My Nokia 820 no longer charges via the wireless charging plate.

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

O2 online help are saying warranty is 12 months, and I am out by 5 days, so no help from O2.

Exactly why I said go to Nokia - O2 have to honour the warranty for the life of the contract anyway so they are giving you a run around.

Nokia state 2 years for phone and 1 year for accessories, so it depends which is actually faulty.

 

The only way is to try it like we've said.
