Can incoming nuisance SMS messages from PBI fraud teams while in South America be stopped,

Please can you stop PBI nuisance SMS texts ? I am in South America and get these messages from some PBI fraud organisation. I cant stop them. They all have long numbers like: +447732826932 and similar. They say:" We have been trying to contact you...................." 

 I think that I pay for incoming SMS even if I delete without opening message. Can anyone help. I have tried contacting fraud team without any luck.

It's not actually fraud so I'm not sure what you expect the fraud team to do....?
If you have a Samsung or iPhone running iOS7 you can add the numbers to your blocked list so the texts won't come through to you.

However, I'm sure it's free to receive SMS messages. You only pay for sending them......?

If you are using your UK simcard you will not be charged for these texts as they are from a UK number. Just delete them or depending on your phone add them to your block list.
