On the 10/04 I ordered a Pocket Hotspot Huawei 4G 2017 Device with 1GB preloaded data sim.
When checking out I selected a delivery date of 8am - 10pm on Tuesday 14/04.
My product has not been delivered. When I go into my o2 account my address is correct and the order status is complete - the parcel number isn't recognised by Royal Mail.
And according to the O2 website the product is still in stock and available for next day delivery.
I have called and am unable to get through to anyone, and no-one is responding on Twitter?
Any suggestions as I move house next week and need to get this sorted asap.
Any help will be much appreciated
