Mobile Data isn't working?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I currently have a Nokia Lumia 710, and have done so for about a year. A couple of days ago the mobile data (3G) stopped working. I have turned the phone on and off, I have turned the data connection on and off, and I have checked all of the settings and they are fine.

Why has the data connection suddenly stopped working?

I'd suggest you go to an O2 shop and get a SIM swap. Need to rule out a SIM issue first, after that it could be the phone gone faulty.

Okay, thanks, I'll try it. If it is the phone what will they do?

If the problem is with the phone they will send it off for repair. You will have the option of borrowing a phone with a returnable deposit of £25 but it will just be a basic mobile.
