Phone Bills

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi I'm currently using a blackberry phone that is meant to be 11.00 pounds a month as it was an o2 priority offer for a 12 month contract but my bill statements say that my monthly contract is 21.00 pound a month and that i haven't exceeded any extra charges so it shouldn't be this much.  Could someone explain to me where the extra expenses come from?

Thanks

Helena

Was this the deal to go from pay as you go to pay monthly? If so have you transferred the payg number across? If not this could be the reason discount has not been applied.  Either way just call cs and they can get this sorted for you.

Have you been charged the extra, as discounts don't show in MyO2?

If you have been overcharged give them a ring.

Is this a new contract and do you have a BB tariff?

As I understand you get the discount applied on your second or third bill and the extra payments before that will show as credit on your account.

I haven't exceeded any of my monthly texts, data or minutes but i have been billed more than what was agreed and my contract is only around 8months old so i might give them a ring!
