MMS - cant send photo messages!

I have a Nokia Lumia 625.  Generally happy with it but MMS messaging is a problem.  Spent ages on O2 chat with various 'gurus' checking my MMS settings but still got nowhere!  Eberytime I attach a photo and send a text I get a reply saying "Can't send message:Try again".  What a stupid message!  I have tried several times with no luck.  Tried changing my MMS settyings to the ones provided by O2 support.  Still doesn't work!  I did manage to send a photo once when I first got the phone a couple of months ago but no luck since.  Why is sending a photo message such a problem?

I need help please,

My father wanted a basic phone which he could send and receive pictures so on o2 PAYG I purchased him a nokia 215. 

I can send MMS pics however when it comes to receiving MMS it says cant download MMS!

Does anyone know how I can sort this out. help is much appreciated.

From the main menu go to Messaging... you need to set the O2mms as your MMS access point:
Messaging.
> Messaging
> Settings
> MMS
- Delivery Reports On or Off
- MMS reception - Set to AUTO
- Adverts - ON or Off - OFF
- Access point - O2mms

I've tried all of those actions and still says the same: cant download mms

You need to turn Mobile data on?

this is what i have selected:

mobile data connection - on

mobile data - access points - o2 pay and go mms

                    - data roaming - dont roam

Have you got a MMS waiting to be downloaded? if so click on it to download now.

yep whenever i get an mms i click download and after a minute of trying to download a pop up message appears and says "cant download MMS!"

Your settings will be wrong.
If you can post your settings and from which section we'll take a look.
