Insurance added without knowledge

When I originally got the phone, I declined the £12.50 insurance but I see now that it's added as a bolt on.

How could this happen and has anyone else experienced this?

It shouldn't happen. Did you sign without reading it?

Either way call customer service and cancel of you don't want it and ask for the premiums to be refunded.

Hopefully just a genuine mistake by someone.

Hi @Anonymous

It looks like it was added in error by back office, but not to worry. If you ring customer services they will put u trough to O2 insure to cancel it. If it's less than 14 days there are no charges. Hope this helps slight_smile

What do you mean " if it's less than 14 days there should be no charges"? If I didn't want it in the first place and it was added in error there shouldn't be any charges at all
