Hired Chip&Pin machine.

We have an art exhibition at Keyhaven and hired a Chip pin machine to sell. Worked for one (last week) now no signal and no sales! A complete waste of money and nothing we can do about it.

Check your postcode for any signal issues http://status.o2.co.uk/
Is it running on a PAYG sim?
If so, check you have credit on it etc.

No-one on here can tell you anything about the connection issues sadly. Have you checked the status from the link given by @MI5?

They have been working on the masts in Keyhaven and it should now be working.

Try restarting the device to see if you get a connection.

...but it is not a technical problem with their machine. It is the cellnet providers' problem to resolve. They provide the means by which it works.
