I am completely new.

How do I get information about using my phone? How to access Internet and stop access. Just had I message used all my data allowance, and I have not done anything.

Hi and welcome to the community forum,

Smartphones cry out to be used on the internet and some apps update in the background using data too.

What data limit do you have ?

You may want to think about increasing the data bundle !

To stop access then look in the phone settings and toggle off 3G and Mobile data.

Switch to WiFi when at home if you have home broadband and use free Wifi at coffee shops etc.

If this is a new contract you may have been given a prorata amount of data until the monthly anniversary date arrives, this is usually just a few days.

From then you should have a full monthly allowance to use.
