I have got the display showing "sim not provisiond2" on my Blackberry. I spoke to somebody who advised me that because I had not used the device for some it went out of use. She told me that she would reinstate it including the £45.56 that was not used. She informed me that within 24 hyours it would be up and running and that money be still be able to use for pay and go. She told me she would send me an e-mail confirming her actions. That was on 11/11/2016. Please respond.

You need to call them again I'm afraid. This is a customer forum so you also need to remove your details.

Make sure you make a chargeable call every 6 months or else the same will happen again.
