How do you update your billing address? I want to top up but my billing address is back in the US

you want to top up a payg phone what card are you using? you can only use a card issued in the uk not a usa issued one.

Hi,

You will need to either Login into your MyO2 or contact O2 Customer Services to discuss the change.

For Contract Customers dial 202 from your O2 powered phone.

Other options to topping up exist OP.

Voucher from a shop , e top up card, banking apps or Atm.

O2 don't operate in the US so I don't see how that can be.
