Is anyone else experiencing problems with their BBM today- i.e. messages not being sent. Despite hard reboot (battery removal etc) - no success

Have you checked to see if there are any updates for BBM or your phone?

But anyway, to try and actually resolve your problem there are some essential questions I need to ask:
Do you have a cellular signal (3G, GPRS) or are you connected to Wifi?
Can you make and receive calls/texts?
Are you connected to the BlackBerry Internet Service, ie do you see the small Blackberry "dots" next to your signal indicator on the top right of the screen?
Can you access the internet on your phone via the browser?
What happens when you send a BBM message? Do you get the "D" or "R" or a red "X"?
What happens when someone tries to send you a BBM? Do they get "D", "R" or "X"?
I haven't heard of any problems with BBM in the UK this morning so it must be something related to your signal or your phone, but answering the questions above will give us a starter to try and find out whats wrong
