Still bitterly cold here.

Although the temperature has risen to 3c, there is a cold arctic wind which feels freezing!!

We've had a couple of inches of snow

It was melting today but is now freezing the slush!

More snow expected tonight followed by a couple of days of -6 degrees

Monday :-

Grey and overcast throughout today, rain showers this morning, no wind and no sunshine.

6 degrees celsius at 2.00pm and down to 2 degrees celsius at the time of writing.

I'm supposed to go for an xray but it will have to wait for milder weather so I can at least stand up

Rain stopped in the afternoon, and it stayed dry but got very cold.

This morning was dry and icy, and stayed dry all day.

Tuesday :-

Woke up to snow which subsided at 10.00am and subsequently we had blue skies, some sunshine and no wind. Lovely weather for being indoors and looking out of the window. 

Bitterly cold. Minus two degrees celsius at 9.00am, got up to three degrees celsius at 2.00pm and down to minus 2 degrees celsius at the time of writing.

Good grief it's cold!! No snow but minus 3 with hard frost!!

Got rather cold in the evening, and this morning wasn't any better.

Loving the forecast for the rest of the week - yesterday was the high point!

Wednesday :-

Woke up to a severe frost and subsequently we had blue skies, some sunshine and no wind. It remains lovely weather for being indoors and looking out of the window.

Bitterly cold. Minus four degrees celsius at 9.00am, got up to two degrees celsius at 2.00pm and down to zero degrees celsius at the time of writing. Another hard frost is forecast.
