It was 37c when I went for a siesta. Stood in a cold shower prior to that. It's now 31c

Hopefully cooler tomorrow.

Did get some rain not much. Cooling about 8pm. Good now 19c sitting in drafts coming in through windows. 

37C @Cleoriff  is unbelievable max here 32c brutal 😳  especially as it was not a gradual change literally overnight, body cannot get used to it. Hoping for rain tomorrow and definitely cooler about 23c  need a cardi and woolly hat🤣🤣🤣

So true. They had 42°C INSIDE the car (in the patients area... there is a A/C aswell...but it sucked).

I was off happily (my shiftgroup was yesterday, my last vacationday... but as my holiday was so bad, I got a sick certificate and am off 'til next week's wednesday)

We had 39°C as the app said.

Here 32c yesterday and  as the day went on it was becoming more difficult to keep cool then I was starting to feel unwell @ComaChameleon 

Then grey skies and trying to rain by 8pm cooling  rain wonderful!

Today expect max 23c and later rain. I  can live with that.

Back to normal now I am home again, it seems. 13degC, broken cloud, sun peeking through...

And a view towards the Foyle bridge from t'other side this morning, someone in the roads section has decided we need a change 😉

From an unbearable 39c yesterday, to a much better 21c this morning. Thank Goodness!

Awfully hot  yesterday. Saw 41/42 on the temperature gauge on the car on the way home.

The storms? We had rain for about 10 minutes. The ground was dry by the time it stopped!

Today is cooler but still too hot for me...

21c inside the house - windows and outside door wedged wide open.

Cooler overnight so better for sleeping well.

Still muggy ... slight rain overnight, enough to wet the yard, but not the land.

Well I'm down to 15c which is ridiculous. It's dark and gloomy. 2 days ago I was living in temps 24 degrees  higher than this.....It's either far too hot or too damn cool 😂

Much cooler. Had a little rain earlier. Now dull.
