Awww @jonsie ... you're snug & warm ... & ... you can watch the weather through your window & be glad you're not out in it 

Had 1" of snow overnight which has gone hard / icy 

Bought 2 containers of salt as my yard gets icy & outside the gate to the footpath

There are 2 grit boxes not that far away stuffed full with lunch detritus packets, bottles & cans = this from the town's prestigious boys' grammar school 6th formers who like to go to Morrisons & have lunch on the hoof = not that there's owt wrong in this ... I've cleared the grit boxes more than once ... thought a bit about contacting the school but I don't wish to be singled out

Have been out today = all togged up with stout footwear & walking stick to meet up with a group of girls for lunch in town

I'm frightened of falling on the ice ... I went the long way around into & back from town

very windy and lots of drizzle here now.. it better clear up for tomorrow.. can’t be doing with a wet ride!!
