Well Cleoriff, I've gone into a thermal vest today ... yes I really, really have ... lolz

I've done something silly & gone & got a chill right down my back

& the old osteo-arthritis has flared up 

but, I'm on the glucosamine (upped the dosage) & glugging down the brandy 

oh for some of that warmth where you are upon my crook body would be wonderful

seems I'm more likely to have to get some 'Fiery Jack'

Jane....you know I have 'back problems'. Try ibuprofen 400 mgm tabets 3 times a day. Forget all the new things on the market. These sort me out. Check they are ok with other medicines you may take
