I've yet to get back to reality which will be later today. Over this  weekend there has been no shortage of anything. Good company, good food, a well stocked bar and some absolutely great bands.

Should be coming back next weekend, though that is is the lap of the gods and the government!

The sky is blue, the sun is blazing.. and I'm feeling fab.. I'm not sure any of it'll last... but you know what... despite the ****** that's going off.. life doesn't seem too bad sat here.

I hope all of you have a good day whatever it is you're getting up to!

I've had the warden come round today and the pharmacy delivery lady too. Both know to tap on the window and walk straight in. The warden says she is asking the vulnerable to come to the door just to check they are ok and virus free.

The community mental health nurse called to check if I was okay and whether I needed any essentials such as toilet rolls, pasta or rice. We usually have a weekly meeting in Costa to get me out of the house.

Originally this was to get me used to buses when I was first able to get mobile with crutches and to ensure I was sort of introduced back into society having been hospitalised for 15 months and housebound for 6 months.

This week she asked me if she could come for a home visit instead as they have been told not to go to any venues where they could be in close proximity to the general public.

Glad to hear you're being looked after with some good care @jonsie

No, @pgn It's someone's interpretation of Edward Hopper's painting 'Nighthawks', reflecting what's been going on recently. I guess you don't know the painting.

Of course, @Bambino - the penny didn't drop right away! I knew it looked familiar!

And the artist selling the version you posted earlier:

Most places in Europe will be going the same way. Traffic and pedestrians were conspicuously reduced in London at 8.00am this morning.
