therapeutic for me for about 3 nano-seconds but really, really bad for the printer

Well we have just got silver in the womens relay.....
AND the great Usain Bolt is about to take part in the mens relay in 5 minutes....
This will be HIS last race ever.....

Mixed feelings here. GB have just won gold in the mens 400 relay. 3rd fastest time ever recorded. Bolt running anchor for Jamaica.... halted, pulled up, dropped to the ground with a leg injury. Brilliant for us. Tragic for Bolt....

Sad way for him to go out but we'll done to our guys.
I don't know about you but I thought Usain was carrying a little weight. Definite paunch so maybe one season too many for him.

He was....but he didn't need to come to this event at all. He did it because he has many fans in the UK...He also agreed to take part because the man he admires, Mo Farah, was racing for the last time as well. Fair play to Usain. He could have gone out an unbeaten champion. I thought it was a sad sight watching him limping to the medical centre.
