Pleased you are feeling alright now @blissgirl ... yes, @Glory1 it's bugs / virus' time ... this reminds me I have to book my flu jab
I thought about you @Cleoriff today ... = ... I was sitting quietly in the Quaker Meeting House garden ... I know you are a keen gardener lots of Autumn colour ... the Japanese maple tree had burgundy / crimson / orange & golden yellow leaves ... there was a lime green coloured bush ... lots of other large shrubs ... & ... a few orange coloured roses (I think these are your favourite colour of roses, if I remember right)

For @Cleoriff ... a David Austin Rose called Carding Mill
When I was a kid my grandparents lived in the village where DAR nursery was / is = very near to Cosford which hosts an Air Museum where the RAF camp used to be
My granddad was the gardener to 'the big house' in the village & my grandma the cook
Grandad used to say the rose is the dirtiest flower in the garden ... but I always thought his rose garden was very pretty

I've come to like black pudding @Glory1 (if someone else cooks it,lolz) ... the hotel / bar / restaurant I frequent do a wonderful 'Yorkshire Breakfast', everything is locally sourced ... it's very good value at about £10:95 ish ... I have discount on top of that ... great on a Sunday morning

Yes, @Cleoriff there are foods I like which don't like me ... generally if I have them early in the day it minimizes the effect at night-time
