@jonsie  re your flight with Easyjet, this will help

You need to let them know at least 48 hrs in advance of your flight. They have added this in the link above. (Funny thing is, it would let me post the section I want. I have tried three times now lol)

It's in the drop down section called 'Letting us know what you need'

Letting us know what you need

We have to let the airport know what assistance you need at least 48 hours before you fly. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, the airport may not be able to provide the service you need or you may have to wait a while for them to organise the assistance. So, please always think ahead and tell us how we and the airport can best assist you.

You can do this:

• When you book online, in the section Add passenger details
• After booking, in Manage Bookings, go to My booking, click View booking, and add your requirements
• By calling our Special Assistance team, with your booking reference
• Emailing us at special.assistance@easyJet.com with the subject ‘Special Assistance Request’. 

What you'll need:

• Your Booking Reference
• Dates and destinations of your flights
• Your full name (as in the booking you have made)

If requesting assistance via email, please do so at least 14 days before your flight. We’ll ask you detailed questions about the assistance you need.

So you have plenty of time to add your requirements to your booking form

On another subject, I missed half of the Voice, as it started earlier than usual!!
