Hi guys,

For the next Spotlight I'd like you to participate actively in the interview process and ask as many questions as you want to. This is an opportunity to know all you have ever wondered about other users...

I'd prefer not to reveal the name of the Spotlight member until Friday but if you think it is essential for you to think about the questions, let me know.

What does community mean to you?

@Anonymous   I find the bit about asking questions before we know who it is...a bit weird if honest?...

I think its far better to allow the Spotlight member to tell us a bit about themselves...and when posted we could ask questions. making it more personal to the individual? (just my observation of course)
