Spot the Difference: Xmas version

Hi guys! How's it going?

Here's a little challenge for you to test your attention to detail and of course to get into Christmas spirit with the image theme. I had a lot of fun making it!  

Below I've added 2 images which are identical... However, I've made some differences to the second one! If you spot any, tell me in this thread. Let's see if you can find all 10 of them.

No lost the sound again. I think its a sound card gone? I have installed and reinstalled bit defender. I have reset Microsoft password as apparently I have two accounts (not my doing)  Sorted out the syncing problems....but I honestly think it's an old comp... it has given up the ghost ..... I am bored with it now....

I reckon I should just have one PC.....then I wouldnt have to 'Spot the Difference' (see what I did there?)

Ok here's a hint that might help: there are a few differences when you look towards the bottom part of the image. Any luck?
