Sony PlayStation are holding a conference this evening at 8PM (UK time) and it should be an interesting event!

Are you excited? What do you think they'll announce? Heard any rumours? Head to PlaySation's Live Page at 8PM to tune in, or now to see the countdown. Then come back here and let us know what you thought.

Ah @jonsie ... only you jonsie ... only you ... wink LOL

You strut your stuff like Freddie for her ... don't ya?

Back on topic ... I seem to remember my son 31 having a Playstation ... or some-such-like ... there'd be 3 of them with not a joystick but a sort of 'handset' ... & ... the tv screen was split into quarters

As far as expensive 'hot off the press' tech portable electronic devices are concerned ... I truly just don't get it why / how people just have to have the latest / Most Best item 'in their collection' ... I'm not driven or a slave to new tech that way ... OK, yes, it's way beyond my capabilities to afford / use these expensive pieces of kit anyway ... I am shortly to browse Amazon for a game to use on the laptop to play solo (credit: @Cleoriff) ... preferably Hann Solo wink Bouncy

So, I'll definitely be purchasing a PlayStation Pro in November wink

What are your thoughts on the PS4 versions guys? Check out the PlaySation Blog for more details.

First, we have the new PlayStation Pro. It's improved on the original in every way, with a more powerful GPU, a faster CPU, 1 TB of storage and 4K/HDR gaming capabilities:

Then. the new base model, a slimmer version of the original. It uses less power than the original too:

What did you think?

I can't tell you how surprised I was to see them announce a PS4 slim.
Took the room completely by surprise.
