The creators of Siri... Dag Kittlaus and Adam Cheyer have developed a new app which they claim will be superior to Siri. They have called it Viv and dubbed it the Global Brain..
Apparently it is vastly superior at decoding complex queries
The app was unveiled at theTechCrunch Disrupt event in New York last night
Mr Kittlaus demonstrated how Viv would generate its own programs almost instantly by picking up keywords and information points.
It will be rolled out later this year..

They are such a small team so you can only can wish them well....However the final statement in the article says this...
The Viv team hopes its distinctive "V" logo is going to become as recognisable as the wi-fi or Bluetooth symbols we see everyday.
But in order for that to happen, the 26-strong team at Viv needs to win a fight it has picked with the biggest technology companies in the world.
Best of luck...

I wish them well but they need to get very big and very soon. I am sure that at some stage they will need to link up with one of the big names.

Originally Siri was a third party app until Apple bought the company & decided to integrate it into iOS as a standard feature
