I am in desperate need of phone call evidence I made 6 years ago
I just need the calls I made that date and the length.
Is there any way I can obtain these?

That may be pushing it. I think they are kept for 7. But access may require a Subject Access Request
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , X Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)
4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

This information is only kept for 12months,
This PDF has all the information

What if I have requested this information in the past. Will there be a log of that ?

The only people who can see if it is are o2, but it depends when you requested it, as there are no data governance rules on how long customer contacts need to be kept.
And multiple requests for the same data, may be construed under the rules as misuse of the SAR process, and your request denied.
I would speak to o2. as really if needed for evidence you should go through a solicitor...

So if you have requested it previously @HH6, was it actually supplied to you ?
Or did you get a reason why it could not be supplied ?
And have you checked your handset for information ? I changed my 'phone last year, but because I used Samsung SmartSwitch to transfer my apps and data, the call record on my 2023 handset goes back to 2017.
