I have upgraded this evening to sim only now i have no network access at all

If you requested a new sim they will have cut off your old one.

Isn't it just so crazy!
How many people are going to be without their phones over Christmas due to the ridiculous disconnections when a new sim card is ordered?
It's scary just how pathetically poor O2 have become!
