@Paul2233 Not quite sure what you mean, but if you want a new phone you'd have to pay off what you owe on your current one: How does O2 Refresh work?

If you upgrade your current contract the price you pay is adjusted to the price of the new contract, so you will pay less if you choose a cheaper phone.
